This is not the first time this has happened. Its happened before to several families. Medical Mistakes at this hospital is noting new.

I called the company and supposedly they came out to fix it although no one ever called or knocked on the door. Two weels later, it rained again and it was leaking bad so I called. It hasn’t rained again and I was patiently waiting before it did but now it may be another week before they can come out. I am worried it might never be corrected. I threatened to call the BBB and was told they have all the documentation they need of fixing it and calling. I don’t want my money back and just want it fixed. I removed all old cover to put this one on so I need it fixed. Should I contact the BBB and send a certified letter to the company? Please tell me how to handle this should it never be resolved and I do have to sue to get my money back or how to get resolved in a timely manner.
