I know that a local call is covered by the computer fee but the ‘country cost’ ? — would the computer ask me for skype credit or a credit card or would I have to pay the receptionist in the internet cafe?

Supposedly Cingular has the best coverage but I need help deciding.
I am in the Missouri and need a company with reliable service. But the challenge is me finding a company that will give me excellent coverage at home & cover me when I visit other states like New York, Florida, Maryland, Arizona & Texas.

p.s they say that the highest bill they’ve had is £10,000 for people losing their sim card and others making calls from it.

iv now cancelled the cover, its a not a contract thing anyway i can cancel wenever i want.
