SH asked:

When I go in the public and would like to breastfeed my baby. Is there a special name for the cover? When I go to the store to buy it, what should I ask for?

joe m asked:

Do you pay for INCOMING calls?
Why do we have to cover the investment/operating costs of the cell phone companies in this country (USA)?
If I open a restaurant, or want to sell flowers, or whatever, I have to pay all my expenses. Right?
Why should we allow the phone companies to charge TWICE for the same call?!
I know the REASONS (cell vs land-lines; it is more expensive to provide service over cell vs land-lines). My point is that I DON’T CARE about the expenses that the company has. That is THEIR problem, isn’t it?!
If there are problems in the Middle-east, the price of oil goes up. If there is a problem with some fruit, the cost goes up. I KNOW about that. What I am talking about is charging a call at BOTH ENDS (WHEN it is a cell call–I am NOT talking about land-lines).
Could any company say, “We are going to charge you for the orange juice that you ordered AS WELL AS the orange juice that you drank, because our expenses are so great?”
Educated answers are hoped for (WHO controls this?)
Fantine,
It is too bad that people have a hard time understanding what they read. Why? Because they don’t care what they read.
All some people want to do in this forum is fight.
If you have a difference of opinion, fine. But say something that RESEMBLES logic, please!
What I made REALLY clear–if you had bothered to read–was this: A restaurant calculates its expenses and offers food for the price that will bring it a profit. When things go wrong, it is the RESTAURANT’S RESPONSIBLITY and NOT THE CUSTOMER’S to somehow come up with the added expenses. “Oh, the paint is double what I thought; I will have to pay more for that graffiti on my wall. Oh, that’s OK, I will just double the prices and tell the customers that I have to cover my unforseen expenses.”
Does ANYONE do that? What kind of Finance class did you take in school?!
Another example: electric company: “sorry, we have to double your bill as we had to install more poles.” Oh, really? Instant BBB report!

KPV asked:

I have been harassed through phone calls & cyber stalking for over 2 years by a shoddy car dealer over filing a complaint about his practices. He’s said that he has “informants” & would sue me unless I retract the complaint, but his most recent act was to have his pals at the police station claim they had a warrent for me over the complaint & would arrest me unless I retracted, so they forced me to retract the complaint. I later learned there was no warrent so I am now going to file a complaint on them all with the DA. I am pregnant & have a 2 year old daughter so want to have all bases covered for our safety.
