I have a portfolio with some stocks, 2 short put options (cash secured) and 1 short covered call. I would like to estimate beta for the portfolio.
Should I ignore options?
Should I take them into account with some probabilities?
If so, how to calculate relative weight of each underlying stock – should I use strike or current price for this calculation?
What to take as 100% – the current value of the portfolio or deduct the options value and add the newly calculated “what if” underlying stock value?
Many thanks…

I’m wondering if this depends on how the Dr. bills your insurance. I am new to all this after a bad accident and looking for people who have been through this! So is massage considered part of Chiropratic coverage? I called the insurance and she wasn’t clear with me. Thanks for your help and kind words.

I just got a fighting fish 2 hours ago from the pet store and put it in a fish bowl. I looked at the bowl and the whole inside wall was covered w/h little air bubbles and there are some little air bubbles stuck to the fish. What is going on w/h him? I called the pet store and they said he was fine but he seems to be just floating on the bottom of the bowl, not really swimming. Please help asap!! Thanks!

When an employee is sick, according to the law, whose responsibility is it to get the shift covered?
beep asked:
Is it the employees or is it managements?
Because I work at this new job, and I keep getting calls (even on days I’m already working) of girls being like:
“Hey, I need a huge favour. I’ve got the flu and I was wondering if you could please cover my shift.”
It seems odd to me that these employees are needing to get their shift covered when they are sick. I feel that this is managements duty.
But what does the law say?
